What Is the CFA Exam?
The CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation is the gold standard credential for investment professionals worldwide. Administered by CFA Institute, the program consists of three progressive levels testing investment analysis, portfolio management, and professional ethics.
Approximately 125,000 US candidates sit for CFA exams annually. The average pass rate across all levels is around 45%, making preparation quality a key differentiator.
- Level 1: Offered in February, May, August, and November. Tests knowledge of investment tools.
